For HighLevel agencies · Early access
Keep every call recording.
Cut what it costs to store them.
Recording storage in HighLevel is billed per recorded minute, for every month a recording is kept. HighLevel lets you auto-delete older recordings to keep that cost down, but deleted recordings can't be recovered. KeepCalls will copy every recording, across all your sub-accounts, to a low-cost archive first, so you can keep your full history and keep the storage bill small. Need transcripts? Add them for less than half HighLevel's published transcription rate, including for calls you recorded before.
KeepCalls is independent and not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by HighLevel. HighLevel is a trademark of its respective owner.

KeepCalls only reduces the storage line. Recording and transcription charges stay the same.
If you keep every recording (no auto-delete), the bill keeps growing

Estimates only, based on HighLevel's published rate and your inputs. HighLevel's per-minute recording charge applies either way. The comparison assumes that, once recordings are archived, you set HighLevel to auto-delete them after a short period; HighLevel still bills storage for that period. KeepCalls pricing is not final.
Lock in early-access pricingHow it will work
-
Connect your agency once
Connect your HighLevel agency account (we plan to list on the HighLevel App Marketplace) and choose which sub-accounts to include. KeepCalls only needs read access to your calls and recordings, plus permission to add notes to contacts if you choose the Transcripts plan.
-
We copy every recording
Your existing history first, then each new call within minutes, organised by sub-account, contact, number and date. On the Transcripts plan, each call is transcribed with speaker labels.
-
Choose your HighLevel retention
If you like, set HighLevel's own auto-delete to a shorter period. Your full archive stays searchable and downloadable in KeepCalls.
Every sub-account, one place
Find any call by contact, phone number, date or sub-account. Play or download any recording.
Transcripts for less, old calls too
Transcripts with speaker labels at $0.01 a minute, for new calls and for calls you recorded before you joined. You choose the date range. Transcripts plan
Searchable transcripts
Search the text of your archived calls and jump to the moment something was said. Transcripts plan
Bulk export anytime
Download a ZIP of recordings for a client, a date range or a whole sub-account.
Your retention rules
Keep forever, or delete after 30/90/365 days for compliance. Per sub-account.
Storage cost report
See how many minutes and how much storage each client uses, so you can rebill it.
Early-access pricing
Simple and usage-based, so a 2-client agency and a 200-client agency both pay a fair amount.

Questions
How much does HighLevel charge to store call recordings?
HighLevel's published LC Phone rate for call recording storage is $0.0005 per recorded minute, per month, on top of $0.0025 per minute to record the call. Storage is billed daily for each sub-account and applies to every recording you keep, including older ones, so the monthly bill grows as your archive grows. Call transcription is a separate $0.024 per minute. Rates can differ by account, for example with SaaS-mode rebilling. Source: HighLevel LC Phone Pricing & Billing Guide.
How can I lower my HighLevel call recording storage costs?
There are three common options. Use HighLevel's own setting to auto-delete recordings after a set period (deleted recordings can't be recovered). Download the recordings you need to keep before they're deleted. Or copy recordings to a lower-cost archive such as KeepCalls first, then use a short auto-delete period in HighLevel.
Is this available now?
Not yet. We're validating demand and building for a first group of agencies. Join the list and you'll hear from us before anyone else.
Why price per minute instead of per GB?
HighLevel bills storage per recorded minute, so we do too. That way you can compare the two prices directly, and your saving doesn't depend on file sizes.
How accurate are the transcripts?
We'll use a leading speech-to-text model chosen by testing it on real phone calls, with speaker labels. Before launch, early-access agencies can compare our transcripts with HighLevel's on their own calls.
Do I have to turn off HighLevel transcription?
No. You can keep both. If you switch to ours, the transcript is also saved as a note on the contact in HighLevel, but HighLevel's own transcript view and transcript-based workflows will only show HighLevel's transcripts.
Will it delete anything in HighLevel?
No. KeepCalls will only read and copy recordings. Whether to use HighLevel's own auto-delete setting is entirely your choice.
How will my data be protected?
Recordings will be encrypted in transit and at rest and kept separate per agency. Only users you invite will be able to access them, and you'll be able to export or delete everything at any time.
What about call-recording consent laws?
KeepCalls stores recordings you already made in HighLevel. Consent and disclosure stay your responsibility, the same as today. Retention rules help you delete recordings on schedule where regulations require it.
Why not just download recordings myself?
You can, and in HighLevel that's done one call at a time. KeepCalls will do it automatically for every call, across every sub-account, and keep them in one place, with optional transcripts.
Is this made by HighLevel?
No. KeepCalls is an independent product built to work with HighLevel. It isn't affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by HighLevel.
